Frequently asked questions

1) What are constellations and how does the method work?

Constellations are a method that makes internal experiences and relational dynamics visible through symbolic representation. In practice a person “places” different elements of their situation — such as themselves, a partner, parents, an emotion, a decision, or an obstacle into space and observes how they relate to one another.
This creates an immediate overview that helps clarify what is happening internally, where tension arises, what supports change and what keeps it blocked. Constellations are not role-play or diagnosis; they are guided, sensitive insights that reveal connections we usually don’t notice and offer a new way to approach personal themes.

2) How should I prepare for the meeting?

Just come as you are. You don't have to prepare, think or analyze anything.

If you have a specific topic, you can be aware of it, but it is not necessary. The important thing is just to be open and attuned to yourself.

3) What if I don't know what topic to tackle?

This is normal. We find the topic together during the initial conversation. Sometimes it's enough to describe a feeling, a situation or a recurring pattern - the rest will reveal itself.

4) Does it hurt? Is it challenging?

The constellations are not dramatic or aggressive. I lead them gently and safely. There may be emotion, pressure or relief, but we always work at your pace and with respect for what you can handle.

5) Can I cry during the constellation?

Yes. Crying, laughing, being silent or tense are natural reactions. Everything is okay and everything has its place.

6) Are constellations and consultations also available online?

Yes. The online form is fully functional and works very well. I work alone, with symbolic elements, positions and leadership that fully adapt to remote work.

7) How many meetings do I need?

It's individual. Some people need one deeper session, some need more. If you are dealing with a long-term issue, I recommend a package (3-8 sessions).

8) Is the work suitable for people with anxiety or stress?

Yes. Both the consultation and the constellation are conducted sensitively, with an emphasis on stabilization and safety. If the situation is serious, I would recommend a combination with professional care.

9) Will I have to share personal things in front of the group?

No. In group constellations, you only share what you want. You can only be in roles and still gain deep insight.

10) What if I don't believe in constellations, but something draws me to them?

That's okay. No faith is needed, just a willingness to be in touch with yourself and what appears.

11) How long does the meeting last?

Usually 60-90 minutes, depending on the type of work.
